Inaugural Hope Institute Network

This fall, we were thrilled to launch the Hope Institute Network, an expansion of our program designed to serve schools that have completed our three-year Hope Leadership Academy. This new offering grew directly from the feedback of our participating schools, many of which expressed a desire for continued connection, shared learning, and ongoing partnership with The Hope Institute.

The Hope Institute Network provides an annual membership option for our “alumni” schools, ensuring we can continue to support, inspire, and equip them as they continue their vital work of cultivating character in students. By fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and celebrating successes, the Network empowers educators to sustain and deepen the culture of character they have worked so hard to build.

This year, 167 educators across 36 school teams are a part of the inaugural year of the Hope Institute Network. This dedicated group will participate in four sessions throughout the school year, three virtual sessions and an in-person summit centered around this year’s focus on intrinsic motivation for students.  Each annual cohort will explore a different topic that member schools have identified as worthy of a deeper dive, ensuring the Network continues to meet the evolving needs and priorities of educators doing the daily work of character development.

We are excited to watch this group grow each year. The opportunity for membership will be shared with schools completing Year 3 of the Hope Leadership Academy, extending the journey for those eager to remain engaged and continue growing alongside like-minded educators.

With the launch of the Hope Institute Network, we reaffirm our mission to stand alongside schools in partnership long after their academy experience, helping to ensure that character development remains a vibrant and enduring part of their school culture.
